Product Information

Steel and Stainless Steel Pull Ring – Short – Non Locking Plungers with Radiused Delrin Nose

Designed to function where space is limited. Easy to grasp ring allows you to hold the plunger back while changing work piece.

Delrin noses prevent marring of aluminum, brass or other soft materials.

Steel parts are 12L14 zinc plated material. Noses are zinc plated 11L41, heat treated.

All stainless steel is 303 material.

End pressures are given in pounds. Full pressures are the force pounds needed to move the nose the distance shown in “C” column.

The nylon locking element holds the plunger body securely in place without the need for lock nuts or other devices. We recommend a 90 degree countersink 1/32″ larger than the major diameter of the mating thread to prevent damaging the element.

Used in machining applications as positioners, loading pins, indexing devices.

Available with or without locking element.
